A Podcast for Runners
Jason Fitzgerald has been writing a blog on Strength Running for more than five years. Now he brings his coaching expertise to the podcast world. His speciality is keeping runners injury free so that they can achieve consistent training. His main technique for achieving this is for the runner to add strength and mobility training to their running programme. Hence the title. In this podcast he presents his approach to training and interviews runners, both elite and everyday runners. The combination of his insights on training and these real experiences make for a great podcast.

Jason drills down on training technique, especially in the area of strength training. Great for people who want to run healthy, avoid or return from injuries. Excellent and informed interviews.

Great addition to the small world of running podcasts that are both useful and entertaining. Jason offers a great mix of helpful info, relevant training tips and interviews with well-known names in the running community. Only wish the episodes were more frequent.
