Show yourself love - Daily Affirmations with Coleen will be a weekly affirmation stop point where I’ll list out 10 affirmations for you to say out loud to yourself, write them down on your phone, or add as a new journal entry which you then reflect on throughout your day and week.
Speaking affirmations to yourself can shift negative thoughts and promote confidence, positivity, self-love, and motivation.
Affirmations are my tool kit for starting out each day when I’m high, excited when I’m feeling a little low, or when someone gives me the ick.
