Love the concept but….
This is exactly the kind of show I’ve been looking for but sadly the host take 90 minutes to discuss 5 minutes of content. Too much rambling to be worth sitting through. Easily one of the best, if not the best, “Muscle” related podcasts out there on the Webs. But since it was the first ever fitness related podcasts ever put out, that’s to be expected I guess.
