Not a fan of the personalities
It could just be me, but when I listen to a health science or a fitness podcast, I expect there to be a particular degree of effort and attention to the conviction of how the material is presented. You have to wade through the sarcasm to get to the true point of their statements, and I never found any attempt at comedy relief to be funny, just an annoyance to the material I came for. Between their discussion about why it makes more sense to not try and never put hard effort into things only to fail, and their random babbling about Bruce Willis and The Rock, I did not find any of this entertaining and I kept asking to myself “when are they going to stop and actually get to the point?” — May just not be the podcast for me in particular, but I personally would not recommend.

Super funny. Supper informative. Great balance between breaking it down for the newb and diving deep to the next level. Eric and Greg make a great team!
