I’ve listened to my fair share of climbing pods and this is by far my favorite. Ryan is a weekend warrior with a family and a 9-5 who loves climbing. This makes it way more fun for me, a fellow obsessed climber with a regular life, to listen to than a pod with only pros. Especially when he gets...Read full review »

Ryan is engaging and he strikes a balance between being personal and geeking out about climbing. Yes you’ll hear about hangboard protocols, but he’ll move on to a fun story before it gets dry as a kinesiology textbook. And yes you’ll hear about a guest’s childhood or the lack of diversity in the...Read full review »

This podcast is a good listen but is increasingly filled with commercial offerings, sales pitches and product/service endorsements. I get it, the podcast needs to make money, but it can be overdone to a point of losing credibility. Great format, mostly good guest and a likable host.

I was enthralled with the Jordan Cannon episode about Cowboy Direct! I loved how he described that climb, it was as if I was listening to a book on tape. Amazing. I also loved the Nina Williams 2-part podcast. Really thought provoking and inspiring. Thanks for all you do Ryan.

Great interviews with interesting climbers of all disciplines. Great for working out and providing psyche. Ryan as a host is clear, articulate, and gets into the nitty gritty of an interview (but sprinkles some humour and jokes in there to keep it spicy) would highly recommend!!
