This episode was recorded in my car when I came across this post sent to me by my friend on Instagram. It is about people giving away free "advices" and "constructive criticisms" under the pretext of trying to help you get better when in reality it is just them trying to boost their ego and make themselves feel superior to you.  What a great topic right?
