I'm not sure a straight cis woman is the appropriate person to be speculating on trans people in a media product like this because it is an existential matter for the subject. A trans adult is probably better placed to tell this story by virtue of their own lived experience. Im not sure of Polly's motives for making this but it's very easy to cast her as a terf when you listen to this.
