Please stop referring to JC as the former babysitter. She was a student groomed by her teacher; he was the perpetrator of her abuse. He mentions she was staying a women’s refuge before he arranged for her to move in with them which only demonstrates how vulnerable she was. She married her abuser. She was a victim of his abuse and is a survivor.

Love Hedley, his style, and his great investigation. CANNOT STAND the voice actor reading the judge’s words re the original podcast in episode 1. Who the heck talks like that?! Drove me nuts and really detracted from the episode for me.

As expected, a great podcast about a terrible topic BUT can you please stop using the description of “teenage lover” for JC?! I was very disappointed hearing this in episode 2. SHE WAS A CHILD VICTIM!
