Great Podcast
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the podcast having followed the trial closely and having attended some afternoon court sessions. The podcast presenters give the defence’s barrister more credit than I think she is due. She clutched at straws through her submissions, did not come across well prepared and her arguments were weak. The judge was thorough in his questioning and although clearly frustrated because of her lack of clarity did try his best to understand her submissions, although recognising they were weak. For me the Crown clearly articulated why beyond reasonable doubt Dawson is guilty. He clearly had the opportunity to dispose of Lyn’s body when driving north to collect JC and it would not surprise me if he stopped at Paul’s holiday location ( which was on the way - at Lake Munmorah) to get Paul’s help. Paul should probably be charged as accessory to murder, I believe he helped his brother dispose of lyn and Dawson was not wrong when he said lyn went to Gosford, only in a body bag with his help. Such a shame he will never confess to give Lyn’s family some closure!

More reviews of The Teacher's Trial
The voice actor for the judge is very difficult to follow. The fluency isn’t there. The focus is too much on the acting part rather than understanding what she is meant to say. The coverage of the trial is in depth and offers multiple opinions.

This production is very high quality with some really talented and articulate hosts who not only know this case really well, but played a key role in bringing it into the light.

Another sad case of misogyny….she was a housewife and no one cared. If this case had been the other way round…my God how quickly she would have been a suspect! They were so quick to believe she left and not even consider or question the dubious tale of events told by her husband….hoping Lynn...Read full review »
