“This is a great little labour of love from a fun pair of of long time movie lovers. Everyones a critic but these two take it to another level. Their passion for the craft and knowledge of the industry goes pretty deep here. Bev offers an insighful and unique from-the-gut reaction to the viewing experience while Ryan contexualzies how the work was shaped by its creators, influenced by the times and fits into its place on the list. It is a very complete study of the great movies.
And it is just .. fun listening to the Ellises. You get to know them in a sense with their inside jokes and interesting tangents and it is all part of their charm - They are a great team who are clearly meant for eachother
