Terrible. Basically a series of infomercials.
This is not actually a true podcast. What it calls "interviews" of various lawyers are actually just advertisements, pitching "the college." The college, you will be told, has these amazing methods of being a trial lawyer which will totally change your practice. But like any good infomercial, you are not going to hear about these methods for free by just listening to podcast episodes. Instead, you are going to hear vague references to these secretly amazing methods, with maybe a detail here or there sprinkled in occasionally. You'll get plenty of platitudes, cliches, and vague universal truths. But forget about any specifics on how experienced trial lawyers handle witnesses on the stand, formulate theories of their cases, and so on. You'll need to attend "the college" for that.Read full review »
