Aging
The aging podcast is great. Hearing how the body changes from our 20’s thru our 50’s and beyond was extremely helpful. It’s made my change my expectations as an athlete in my 50’s who won’t break that 6’ pace 5K like I did in my 20’s.

The whole podcast was an infomercial for tridot training program. Not any information that was helpful for triathlon athletes. Did not even convince me to try the tridot program. This podcast was a waste of my time.

This podcast covers all things Triathlon in a fun, entertaining and educational way. The podcast is a great addition to the TriDot environment. It has a wealth of information about the program and it’s benefits, as well as triathlon information in general. Whether you are a TriDot user of not it is a great listen.
