Setting myself up with energy!
Great insight from experienced athletes for you and me! So many suggestions to consider all the ways to tap into energy. Regular sleep, eating choices by discipline, nutrition, mindset, music, hydration, foam rolling, warm up dynamic exercises, breathing, and stress. They opened my mind to consider its not just a want to have energy, I can regulate my energy desire with creating new habits to fire myself up and get it done, loving the flow of being an athlete! Keep the big picture in view staying consistent in the long term! Great episode #264!
