“I was looking for a true crime podcast that was well done and didn't have overly dramatic reenactions that I hear a lot in podcasts of this nature. They always make the content feel insincere. I found The True Crime Enthusiast podcast this morning and I've been binge listening to the episodes. I am entirely hooked on the series. Paul's podcasts are well done, professional, straightforward, and respectful of the people involved in the case. There's no over the top theatrics in his work. He's also very aware of the sensitivities that come up during these retellings and how they can be disturbing to some of his listeners and warns people appropriately before jumping in. His approach to this genre is engaging and well investigated as well as considerate of his audience. He also talks about cases I've never heard of before so the content is always intriguing. As an individual, Paul comes off as relatable and sensible. Leaving a review feels like the least I can do to help him out, as it seems he puts so much into every episode he posts. Keep up the good work, Paul! Looking forward to more of your content.”Read full review »

“This is a fabulous podcast. It’s clearly well researched and facts are delivered in an engaging manner whilst the grittier details are handled sensitively. It’s great that less well known UK crimes are often featured too. I’ll be recommending this to my fellow true crime following friends.”
“Combining conversational analysis, fabulous story telling and dry wit, this podcast is not to be missed. Thank you Paul for your hard work, we’re loving it in Canada.”
“This one is a BINGER! I almost wish that I wouldn't have found it as soon as I did, so that I have more episodes to listen to. GREAT WORK! Thanks!”Read full review »
