“It must be disappointing for so many loyal fans to listen to the trusted (former) fiduciary now promote high cost funds. I’m an adult, and can draw the line between what is information and promotions, but this must still be disappointing to those used to his unbiased advice and opinions. It would be nice if this show didn’t have to rely on paid promotions, but as the old Ric would say, do your own due diligence when listening. When it comes to exponential tech, we really do need unbiased advice, which is unfortunately not available on this show.
It’s like Ric was the Mr. Rogers of personal finance, but then one day Mr. Rogers says “It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, especially when I’m drinking a cool refreshing Diet Pepsi”
It really is that jarring. I'll keep listening some more and I want to know more about crypto and exponential tech. I like Ric and have listened for years, but I just have to remember to treat his advice now as though he is a commission based salesperson.”Read full review »
