An in-depth review
Listening to this podcast has motivated me to learn all the geographic data so that I can follow up better in my mind. I would kind of like a map that was in motion to see things with the modern day places super imposed over it. My only complaint is we still have a long ways to go before we get to modern Turkey!

Serious depth here. We’re not even into Anatolia until episode23+. This podcast provides an excellent overview of the history of the Turkish people. I’m particularly enjoying the chapters dealing with pre-Ottoman history, which is often not well known or covered.
