Description
On the verge of some big changes happening in my personal life, I decided to record a special solo episode reflecting on next chapters: how to create them and how seeing your life as a series of ‘next chapters’ can help you to build an intentional life that you love.
Contrary to popular belief, something I have learnt is that creating a life that looks totally different to what you currently have doesn’t take time, it takes intention. Whilst my clients provide so much evidence of how big changes don’t have to take a lot of time, I am sharing my own story of going from a period of dating despair this time last year, to now making room in my apartment as my boyfriend moves in.
Over the past three years I have been intentionally created my own series of new chapters by identifying what is missing in my life, what I want to focus on, and then consciously and proactively setting out to create it.
I hope that by reflecting back on these chapters of my thirties and sharing the details of the process that I went through to in order to make these changes, I will inspire you to know that your next chapters are ready and waiting for you- you just need to unlock them.
I unlocked mine by using my coaching methods and a specific process that I have packaged into a refreshed and updated version of my Next Chapter coaching group which is now live and enrolling.
Details of the group and how to register are here.
