Info on how to transform
I came to this podcast because I was into the science backed information, and was looking to find out how vegans train for strength. Really great content that answered those questions for me. No fad diets here. They also focus on mental aspects like accountability and goals, not just diet and reps in the gym. The mindset is key so I’ve found this really helpful.
