Injuries
I absolutely love this podcast...Leif and Anders are so informative and really do their research...I have learned so much from this podcast...we heard the episode with Natalie Mathews and even went to the Fit Expo in Los Angeles CA and got to meet her! My wish is that they would discuss injuries a bit...perhaps even their own...and how to stay diligent in moving past them! I strained my low back doing deadlifts in August 2018 and again last week doing front squats. I felt like I was really starting to make gains and get stronger and this is a disappointing set back...it would be nice to know that I’m not alone! Keep up the great work guys!

These guys are super informative. I have recently started my vegan journey and the one thing that was holding me back for quite some time was not knowing how much it would effect my training. I can’t wait for more podcasts and to continue learning. Keep it up!
