“I have been vegetarian for years and vegan for months. I am also always looking for ways to improve my diet and my performance in the gym. So often, vegan podcasts offer a lot of anecdotal evidence or no evidence at all, so I like that these guys are more science based. Also, they acknowledge that everyone’s bodies and interests are different so there is not a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s nice to hear some common sense. Thank you!”
