OMG! Fantastic!!!!
Where have these guys been all of my life?!!! I have traveled all over the country training with professionals trying to gain muscle. (Poliquin, Pakulski, RMS Training , etc) No results and lots of money spent. In the 14 days I’ve listened to these podcasts I’ve gained 3 lbs of muscle. Woot! Time to grown!!! Thank you for being real about nutrition, lifting and steroids. I’ve been consistently led down the wrong path because the exercise routines and nutrition promoted by the “experts” only applies to steroid users. After 7 years of training, I’ve finally stumbled upon the truth. I am forever grateful. Thank you.
