Excellent vegan strength podcast!
Leif and Anders provide excellent advice and knowledge about strength training with a vegan lifestyle. Their content is backed by their own personal experiences and by scientific study and research. Not only do Leif and Anders provide fantastic information, they are also incredibly entertaining and inspiring. If you’re a vegan - or are a non-vegan considering a switch to veganism - and are into strength training and muscle building, then you should certainly give this podcast a go! Great work, boys. Keep on challenging the status quo!
