“ive been following vince online through youtube and other social media sites for 8 years or so and he has helped me with all sorts of fitness goals. When he switched his buisness platform to the 5 Ms of manhood i was so excited. As a man more than 10 years younger than vince i find myself eating up the information that this pod cast has to offer because i can take the life experiences and apply them to my life without making the mistakes and finding them out the hard way.
