I have been a long time listener of the Brute strength podcast and I have soaked up so much information as a young, growing coach. What has been game changer for me recently is discovering my keystone habit that leads to greater success. I discovered that mine is movement first thing in the morning. For me, it’s only 5 minutes. Mentally I have discovered this helps me feel like I got a win. Compounding that over 7-days and I’ve got 35 minutes of extra movement and a win everyday. If I get extra, great.
