Amazing
I typically do not take the time to write reviews...but in an effort to be less selfish daily I want to express I much I enjoy this podcast. I have been a long time listener of the Brute strength podcast and I have soaked up so much information as a young, growing coach. What has been game changer for me recently is discovering my keystone habit that leads to greater success. I discovered that mine is movement first thing in the morning. For me, it’s only 5 minutes. Mentally I have discovered this helps me feel like I got a win. Compounding that over 7-days and I’ve got 35 minutes of extra movement and a win everyday. If I get extra, great. If not, I still moved intentionally for 5 minutes. This has been a HUGE game changer. Thank you Michael and Adee for the great content! You are making an impact.

Adee and Michael have an incredible conversational style that is so open and allows everyone into their world and their relationship. So much of what they talk about resonates with me and I always walk away from their podcasts having learnt something new and feeling so enriched!
