Never let your past define you
As many veteran run podcasts as there are I haven't found one that provided more than entertainment and a few laughs. What Chris brings to the table made me take an introspective look at who I am, what I've done, where I'm going, and what I want. Something he said about guilt (paraphrasing) is that we tell ourselves these lies that we deserve to feel what we do. That struck a serious chord with me. It comes off simplistic in text, but maybe i just needed to hear it from third party. To my brothers and sisters who've worn a flag on their shoulder I highly recommend giving this show a listen. We all struggle in some shape, way, or form.
