“...I use to look forward to listening, however, in the last few months it has gotten so bad that it became a chore to listen. It started to become "great, do I really want to listen to another 3 hour podcast that sounds like MSNBC talking about the Republican Party."
I believe that when they started, the hosts were big fans of Disney, but somewhere along the line, "reviewing Disney" became their job and they became jaded. It seems that they are 2% positive and 98% negative towards EVERYTHING that Disney does. I'm not going to defend the corporation, but they ARE in it to make money.
When the finally get to reviews, the one host with the high nasal pitch chimes in, usually yelling, about the "internet haters" (sidenote: who are they? Is this a "straw man" argument trying to get your point across?) and HE then goes on to bash whatever Disney is doing.
The new hosts, especially the woman, have added nothing. She will speak only when prompted and its usually "yeah..." followed by whatever the previous speak said.
WIth all the tangents, you would hope that the conversation would eventually come back to the topic at hand, but I guess that's why the show goes on and on and on.
Please, get back to basics, trim down the number of hosts and try to strike a balance.”Read full review »
