Disappointed
Previously, I read Tom Wheelwright's book Tax Free Wealth and loved it and was excited for the podcast. However, it has been disappointing so far. Tom keeps calling Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) EFTs throughout the episode and also remarks that market returns tradiationally are around 3% which is inaccuate- they are 7%. Tom also states that 529 plans make %0.02 percent on average and significantly less than inflattation which is also inaccurate. Ironically, he uses Jack Bogle to make drive home his point about mutual funds and seems to look up to Mr Bogle and then he states that diversifying is a horrible idea whcih goes against the entire Bogle message.Read full review »
