Informative but ...
I used to really enjoy the show when it’s core panellists were what I would call free market liberals and Jamie Timpson. This meant that the stories featured a range of pro-market pro-City liberal and left-wing/democratic socialist opinion. Since Jamie Timpson has left it sounds to me like a privileged metropolitan echo chamber (and I work in the City and live in London!) I listen to it less and less frequently because everyone’s opinions seem identical. The show lacks ethnic and social diversity.

I’ve made it through 300 episodes of The Week Unwrapped, and have found it to be informative and thought provoking, with a good balance of guests. Thank you! My jaw literally fell to the floor listening to this drivel. The discourse on most topics left little to be desired. The biggest shock was one of the female hosts categorically stating that any man accused of rape deserves to die. Wow.
