“This show really is a hidden gem that I am so happy to have uncovered! I never gave much credit to early writers of horror and I am so embarrassed of that line of thinking now! This podcast as open my mind and changed my entire opinion. Of course I was familiar with Poe, Shelley, and Stoker but I never considered reading some of the others authors presented because I had stereotyped them as “boring” or “not my type” and after listening to this podcast, have just now realized how incredibly narrow minded I have been. The stories are diverse, interesting, gory, thought provoking, and just down right fun! I love the narrator, his wife, the guests narrators, and his cats😄! I enjoy the commentary he gives and the bloopers. Keep up the great work and thank you for helping me reevaluate my opinions on some the authors you choose and exposing me to new ones! Take care and stay safe and sane in these CRAZY times! WEIRD FICTION RULES!!!”
