Spooky, sometimes creepy and always charming
The Whispering Woods podcast has quickly become my go-to podcast for my spooky story fixes. Their story choices are wonderful. Sara and Tobie include interesting legends from all over the world, and they set the mood with their concise subject introductions. Sara's narration has a wonderful rhythm, and her short banter sessions with her son, Tobie, make the two of them very relatable and seem like friends who should live next door. I very much appreciate that they do not include explicit content or gore; a truly creepy story doesn't need it, and imagination is always the best anyhow. Love, love, love what you two are doing - keep up the great work!Read full review »

I’m so glad Emma from Real life ghost stories recommended this podcast. I love to listen to the light hearted chat between Sarah and Toby, she will also give a background to the stories which is helpful. The stories are scary and well told. I do look forward to each episode.
