I have a special surprise for you today! Yay!! Today I am offering you the opportunity to get comfy, vibey, and relax with a 30-minute Yoga-Nidra/Mindfulness-Inspired meditation by me!!
This meditation will help you to:
Get out of your head and back into your body to feel more relaxed and calm.
Release judgments of what you “should” be feeling in order to feel more loving acceptance for yourself and your experience.
Practice taking steps into your experience of being with your emotions and sensations and steps out of your experience to feel more capable of working through your emotions and sensations in healthy ways that feel good for you.
Get comfy! Light a candle or incense. Make it fun and feel good for you:). Get something to write with and on as well for reflection time after.
