“This is great. So much of her story I didn’t know before.
I was a single mom with a baby when the Harry Potter success story broke of another single mom out there who hit it big. She gave me and so many others hope. I saved all of the books for my daughter who read them all and loved them. She told me recently she went to the Harry Potter store in New York and she was relieved when her friends shrugged. She rooms with trans kids and they didn’t care. So not everyone out there is a screeching hysterical lunatic…
I watched JK viciously torn apart on Twitter for daring to have an opinion that wasn’t in keeping with the newfound zealotry of the new left. Stephen King threw her under the bus and people began to be too afraid to even say her name. Most in mainstream culture shunned her. You didn’t have to agree with her to humanize her. I will forgive those who were caught up in a witch hunt frenzy but I will NEVER forget. Never.”
