5K and beyondWe decide that we’ve achieved everything we set out to achieve with this journey. Cara’s found a new love of running and now has a fitness routine that suits her. She’s exciting to continue running three times a week and doesn’t feel she needs a distance-based goal to keep her motivated. She’s also trained Pablo to be the perfect running companion!
