Fantastically relevant podcast to the “everyday” woman runner! Encouraging and lovely! I think people must think I’m mental as I usually listen to this on slow recovery runs or driving home and always laugh out loud during the funny bits.

I’ve always been relatively fit but not a runner! I’ve just started my running journey at the ripe old age of 42. This podcast gives me so much inspiration! As well as making me laugh and providing lots of nostalgia (I’m a Brit living in Aus) I cannot wait to run so I can listen to this. I have...Read full review »

Really enjoy this podcast - has become my Friday morning routine to listen on my long run. As a slower more mature and rounder lady runner it’s great to feel that there is space for me in the sport.
