Relatable Runners!
I have listened to every episode of this podcast and frankly it’s made me feel like a better runner. It is a great podcast about running which is not very serious and they talk about the struggles they have. Most running podcasts sometimes makes you feel like that every day runner is not good enough and that you are not doing enough. I like the fact that Esther and Holly talk about running as well as their daily lives because I think that’s often forgotten running it’s a small part of most runners lives unless they’re professional - most normal runners do it to feel good and not necessarily chasing PBs. Keep doing what you are doing, you are amazing and relatable.
