“It is like having a running group chat when you are running on your own. I appreciate the honest talk about women’s health and running. The running talk is solid and it touches on a lot of areas that I don’t hear on other podcast. The hosts are wonderful. Ester has run for a while and brings up so many things that affect seasoned runners. It has been so fun to follow Holly as she develops her running. Both hosts are honest, vulnerable, and extremely interesting. There is also a solid dose of yoga, strength and Great Baking Challenge ♥️♥️♥️
I started listening when I believe Esther was bit by a seagull and ended up, going back to the beginning and listening to every single episode.
I must warn you this podcast makes me want to travel to Bath and run around on the canal path and massive hills. It has inspired me to one day enter the London marathon.
