Journalistic and production excellence
All journalists and media outlets come at the news from a particular point of view, but very few will openly admit this, and almost none explain the rationale behind their bias. World is unapologetically biblical in its worldview and because that is what drives the level of journalistic integrity and professionalism that sets them apart. This podcast covers the major headlines )along with important state, national and international stories the other outlets overlook) without ever indulging in sensationalism or fear-mongering. Other newscasts leave me feeling heavy-hearted or angry. World leaves me sometimes sober and mournful (but never hopeless), sometimes cheerful, even laughing (but never unchallenged). I only wish the program were longer! But it whets the appetite for the equally impressive magazine. Every Christian should turn off cable news for a few months and try World radio and see what a difference it makes! (One final note, the weekly Legal Docket, which reviews every single case before the Supreme Court is amazing. It humanizes the justices and personalizes the cases like nothing else out there - and it will help you to pray for our nation. Thanks, Mary!)

This program delivers. Like NPR, but without the secular humanist worldview slant.

This Podcast , although based on a Biblical point of view, does not play favorites and will praise those on the left when they do something noteworthy, and criticize those on the right who do not live up to Biblical standards. That means the listener can trust this source.
