Packed full of useful information on foreign relations
This has become one of my favorite podcasts. In about half an hour a week, the hosts draw our attention to major events on the horizon and then quickly and concisely discuss and contextualize. Also, since the events they cover often fall geographically outside the scope of what the major newspapers cover, the podcast helps fill in some gaps. The hosts are also responsive to questions posed to them on social media. In the runup to and aftermath of Brexit, they devoted large chunks of three episodes to evaluating the repercussions of the decision. They never patronize the listener, but always make sure to explain from the ground up. Excellent ratio of information disseminated to time spent listening. Also highly recommended--the sister podcast featuring the same hosts plus a different expert each week: The President's Inbox.Read full review »

Great show. Great recommendations for books. I listen every Friday on my way to work.

Unbiased, academic, analytical. This is by far the best foreign policy podcast on iTunes.

I enjoy listening to this each week for the news and perspectives. Keep it coming. One aspect that I don’t like is that a lot of the podcast is fused on the previous few days. Should focus more on the world Next Week. And please bring back the old logo of the earth viewed from space.
