“Right...so this podcast is particularly useful if you like giggling at millennials.
Tried getting through the episode on Cambodia and Angkor Wat. Failed miserably. Hilariously, the hosts confess to never having heard of Angkor Wat prior to going there, then follow up with one proclaiming hadn't learned anything since visiting, and the other doing minimal research...followed by mispronouncing "Khemer" repeatedly. But they'd like to take the time to host a podcast about the site?!
Other than being a bit of an indictment of their high school teachers, it's hard to know what to take away from this...the hosts confess that people from different socioeconomic backgrounds make them uncomfortable (and they find it all interactions "sketchy") ...so they have little useful advice for actually visiting Cambodia (based on their dialogue they went along with most scams and hustles, though the confess it was "sketchy", offended their millennial sensibilities, and made them "uncomfortable").
Bottom line, you can suffer through as many minutes of this as you want...all you'll get in return is a load of concerns about millennials ability to interact with the world; not one useful bit of advice about visiting Cambodia. Unless "poor people make me uncomfortable" counts as useful in your book.”Read full review »

“I'm very interested in the content, but sadly lost interest after 5 min. Sadly, the vocal fry and over-use of "and like" was distracting and unpleasant.”Read full review »
