I started listening to this a while ago once I realised I wanna be a writer when I'm older (15 right now), and it has been the best thing I could have possibly imagined. Not only does it give tons of insight on how TV gets written and made, it also reveals how so many have broken into the business and why. I've also found myself watching a slew of new and old shows that they talk about on here, opening my mind up to different genres and styles, whilst learning and laughing at the often hilarious podcasts along the way. Ben Blacker is an incredible host too, asking all the right questions but never overtalking the impressive guests -- you'd be forgiven for believing his actual job was hosting panels (he's actually a TV writer as well). This truly is a gift, and one that should be given a lot more recognition.Read full review »
