You always have a choice so try your best to make it a good one. Otherwise, you might continue to suck.

Doing things when life is "life-ing" can be difficult. Whether it's things we want to, choose to, or need to do, there's always a way. Even if it means you're coping simply to get things done.

Change is never easy. Especially when it's unexpected, unwanted or uncalled for. Sometimes, it just flat out sucks and all we can do is deal with it. Other times, it's something you never wanted, yet, exactly what you never knew you needed. BY THE WAY... If running on fumes isn't good for your car, why would you think it was good for you? And by you, I mean me, we, us. Sure, we've all done it. And if you haven't well that's great. Keep doing that. For those of us who have, take this as a sign to stop and refuel.

You can't pour from an empty cup so why bother trying? Sometimes you need to take the time to refill, replenish and revitalize yourself. Because, let's be honest. No one else is going to do it for you, especially if they expect you to do it for them.

Life is moving at a snail's pace for me right now. Like a snail stuck to a stick, racing down a wild river, trying to avoid getting hurled into a boulder. I'm hanging on for dear life and trying to enjoy the crazy ride.

Here's an episode encouraging you to face the truth, face some fears, and start the journey. You just have to get past my scruffy voice and the monster under your bed.

It's the 2nd anniversary of the podcast! It also happens to be my birthday so you know I'm celebrating. This is a time to reflect and rejoice. I'm so proud of how far I've come and I can't wait to see how far I go. Cheers to two years!

What happens when you live life waiting to grieve? Do you countdown the minutes bouncing between anger and fear? Or do you walk in gratitude and acceptance, loving every minute of uncertainty?

It's a beautiful thing to love a friend like a brother or sister. It's a heartbreaking experience to grieve their untimely and unexpected death... How do you say goodbye when they are gone too soon?

Grieving is one of the most difficult things to do. It can challenge you. Wreck you. Break you down into a million pieces. But it always gives you an opportunity to grow and rebuild. Not grieving, or living in a period of "un-grief," can cause you to hold on to things, and people, that you are meant to completely let go of. And that, is so much worse.

My guests this week are a double dose of wisdom, love, and kindness. Princess Scooshie Mama and Best Dude are back in the house! One is ready to be a star and the other, well, let's just say, I'm lucky I got what I got out of her.

I love the Grinch. Always have, always will. I fully understand why he felt the way he did about the holidays, and why he acted out of grumpiness. I too have a Grinch-like heart. It's why my family refers to me as "The Stinch." And just like his heart grew, so has mine, too.

I have an older cousin who I love like a sister. My cousin has an older sister who she didn't get enough time with here on Earth. Spend some time with us as we reminisce on a beautiful life cut too short.

Looking back on failed relationships can be hard. Especially when it has nothing to do with romance, and everything to do with friendship. "Best" friendships, to be exact.

Women are such magical creatures. We are made with the purpose and gift to create, carry, and birth life. But what happens when that purpose is not fulfilled? Can hope be found after grief, somewhere over the rainbow? Does speaking up or staying silent take away the pain? Explore this facet of motherhood with me and one of my life long friends, as she rips me right out of a closet I wasn't ready to leave.

What exactly is too much? Am I too much, or has my life been plagued by people who are just too little? Tough question, simple answer. It ain't me baby! Never has been, never will be.
