This podcast is just what we need in the climate right now. I love how Dr. Joy breaks everything down, and gives practical resources. It’s great to hear women of color having important conversation, especially when most of us have grown up with the stigma of therapy being for β€œ those people”. Keep up the great work Dr. Joy.
