Safe space
I love that there is a space dedicated to our mental health. The best decision I made this year has been to start going to therapy. Because it has allowed me a space to really explore things that I didn’t comfortable talking about in full depth with anyone else. And I love having this as a place that allow more of those thoughts and conversations. I love that this is making it normal to a larger audience to make mental health a priority. This is very important and a major step in the right direction. I really hope it points more and more people into the direction of taking the step to get some kind of mental and emotional support.
