Not really Self-Help
I liked to podcast at first, but I don’t think it is useful for self-help outside of therapy. It’s more like the days in school when you have a public speaker come into class. Just regurgitating information and then never really having a resolution.

Therapy fFro Black Girls is a super supportive space! I'm not a black girl, but and would defintely recommend this for my clients. I loved her episode, "this isn't what I imagined," and how she reframes expectations and dreams as stories.Read full review »
