“You will not be disappointed in the fun, quirky, and sometimes serious conversations that take place in this podcast. Although I’m not a longtime listener, this podcast quickly cemented itself into one of my all time favorite listens. Lyle (Geck) gives his callers freedom to talk about their wild or mundane lives and steers the conversation into a positive experience for all involved. Although he is not a licensed therapist in any form, his style closely resembles Motivational Interviewing. I would recommend this to anyone that has a hard time focusing and enjoys background music. The conversations are short and sweet, and you will surely glean little bits of wisdom from each session.”
