The perfect antidote to a rash and chaotic world
I love listening to the wise and incredibly rational and balanced words of Julia Daniels. She always manages to articulate really complex emotional matters that seem impossible to explain, making them identifiable to the client and hence immediately solving half the problem. She makes them seem scientific, plausible and totally relatable giving us all a voice. I am so relieved she’s done this podcast it will no doubt save me lots of money in therapy over the years! 🤣 Her views on the effect of triggered parents on their children are profound and so helpful. Her advice is always so practical. ‘Where do I start?’ ‘Look for the charged emotions’. Brilliant. Love her.

Charlie was so brave going back and viewing his past as a adult, how it impacted him as a little boy and as he grew older, I wish him peace and comfort knowing his children can come to him if they need to. The pace of the interview was so lovely, gentle with him being held in the centre.
