I listened to the episode on divorce regret. Expecting something much more expansive and indepth. Just a trio of light weight therapists spending 5 minutes on an over edited question. Amateur hour (or I should say 7 minutes)

Appreciate the content, but I can’t listen with headphones in public as I can never hear you properly. Maybe it’s just me?! I don’t want to miss anything, so can only listen at home.

What a fascinating conversation. What really struck a chord with me was talking about the eating disorder that Caitlin’s daughter had and how hard it was to accept that her daughter needed her to just be. It was a hard lesson to learn and I am sure will resonate with a lot of parents as we see it...Read full review »

Thank you so much for your conversation with Heather Bailey, it meant so much to me. I am also a parent of a child with Autism, epilepsy and severe learning difficulties and I resonated with so much of what Heather said, especially the feeling of the endless appointments and form filling but...Read full review »

Charlie was so brave going back and viewing his past as a adult, how it impacted him as a little boy and as he grew older, I wish him peace and comfort knowing his children can come to him if they need to. The pace of the interview was so lovely, gentle with him being held in the centre.

This episode was so powerful. Being childless-not-thru-choice myself, so many aspects resonated with me - picturing my unborn child, feeling different from everyone else especially family, what will my old age be like, who will grieve me when I’ve gone. I’m am now aged 59, and still feel this...Read full review »

Each episode feels like a warm, understanding conversation with someone who deeply grasps the nuances of grief, and who isn’t rushing anyone along to heal faster. Big fan of Julia Samuels’ knowledge and skills but there are often just odd throw-away statements to say the presenters exist on a social strata that most people will only get to see in Hello magazine.

Just listened to the Geraint John episode. You could tell he really couldn’t bear to listen to the advice and I completely get it.
