Julia being interviewed Series 3 Ep 1
It’s a measure of Julia’s commitment to the Podcast that she was not only prepared to be interviewed but that she felt she could be honest and trusting enough to open up about what was clearly a difficult subject for her. It was very moving. Congratulations to Cariad too for her empathy, understanding and skill which resulted in this being such an enlightening and heartfelt conversation. Julia’s daughter’s discussion afterwards added another layer which re enforced the feeling of time, family and how situations can connect and move through everyone.

More reviews of Therapy Works
I’m a trainee psychotherapist and Julia and her two daughters Emily and Sophie are absolutely inspirational to listen to. The podcasts are soul searching and life affirming, and sometimes deeply moving but always uplifting too. Absolutely wonderful - thank you. 🙏🏼

It was a hard lesson to learn and I am sure will resonate with a lot of parents as we see it...Read full review »
