Really useful
Lovely podcast, so many different perspectives and surprising stories! The people being interviewed are so generous and open, especially about difficult topics. I also like how I find that something can unexpectedly resonate when the topics discussed don’t necessarily relate to my own experience. The discussion between Julia and her daughters at the end is always really interesting to hear the different perspectives they all have. Highly recommend this podcast.

A very real conversation, thought provoking and interesting. I listened and felt like I’d learned something. It gave me nourishment somehow and the talk at the end with Julia and her daughters really adds something special. Thank you xx
