SOUL FOOD
There is so much tender wisdom in this beautiful podcast. In episode one, Minnie Driver talks about the challenge of ‘facing ourselves’: that seemingly simple task we all spend so much time and energy trying to swerve. Thankfully in Julia’s masterful hands (aided by bonus reflections from her two psychotherapist daughters Emily & Sophie) it all feels a little less daunting. Rarely does conversation this profound feel so light and lovely. Generous, insightful and deeply human; get your crampons at the ready and dive right in.
